Sponsorship and Competition Participation at the 22nd Saitama Abilympics  2026

NX Career Road Co., Ltd. sponsored the "22nd Saitama Abilympics  2026" held in July 2026, with the aim of improving vocational skills and expanding opportunities for employees with disabilities (Smile Partners). In support of the event's purpose, the company also donated "Encouragement Award Cases" and "Certificate Paper" as award-related supplies.

At the competition, one employee from the Kawagoe Office participated in "Retail Logistics Work," a competition unique to the Saitama event. The participant practiced picking and shelving skills not typically performed in their daily work, and earnestly took on the challenge despite being nervous.

After the competition, the participating employee shared the following reflection on the event: 
 "I was very nervous at first, but seeing everyone who came to cheer me on gradually eased my tension and allowed me to give it my all. Unfortunately, I didn't quite make it to the prize ranks, which was disappointing, but meeting so many people and gaining such a valuable experience is a great asset for me. I want to apply what I learned from this experience to my next challenge and share advice with future participants—I'm determined to have my rematch!"

The company will continue to promote the development of workplace environments and provide opportunities where diverse human resources can fully demonstrate their individual abilities and take on challenges with enthusiasm. Additionally, the company will expand opportunities for employees to participate in competitions, strengthen collaboration with local communities and society, and contribute to realizing an inclusive society.
