NX NP Logistics maintains a 100% participation rate for both annual health checkups and stress checks. Beyond participation, the company encourages employees to undergo secondary examinations, provides lifestyle improvement guidance through nursing staff, and works with occupational physicians to make appropriate workplace accommodations. These measures help the company prevent serious illness and supports employee health through thorough follow-up for employees identified as high-risk or experiencing high levels of stress. NX NP Logistics also uses the results of group stress check analyses to improve workplace environments and create a workplace where everyone can work in good health. 
Central to these initiatives is the Workplace Engagement Innovation Division, which works closely with the health insurance society and occupational health staff to create more rewarding workplaces for employees. The division provides employees with opportunities to adopt healthier work and lifestyle habits through health literacy training, seminars, and programs that encourage better sleep, nutrition, and exercise habits.
