NX HEARTFUL CO.,LTD. is a special subsidiary of NX GROUP. Their company name refers to their commitment to working from the heart and treating people with kindness. This mindset is the foundation of our business activities, through which they aim to contribute to society by employing people with disabilities.
We opened the Shin Office Center in April 2024 as part of our efforts. This center is responsible for outsourcing clerical work from within NX GROUP, aiming to expand job opportunities for people with disabilities. The team consists primarily of persons with strong PC skills who also face mental and physical disabilities. They strive to fulfill their corporate social responsibility by further expanding the employment of Shin Office Center members with disabilities, encouraging respect for diversity within their organization, and fostering inclusive work environments.
NX HEARTFUL will continue to help create a sustainable future by centralizing sustainability in their management and taking proactive measures to address the social challenges of pursuing harmonious coexistence with society and respecting diversity and inclusiveness.
