By engaging in dialogue with a diverse array of stakeholders, we aim to clearly understand their expectations and the wider societal concerns relevant to NX GROUP. This enables us to respond effectively and fulfill our corporate philosophy.
This policy outlines NX GROUP basic policy regarding dialogue with stakeholders. It applies to all officers and employees of NX GROUP, and stakeholder engagement is conducted based on this policy at all sites and activities both in Japan and overseas.
This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC., and will be revised as necessary to further strengthen our stakeholder engagement.
Stakeholders who are related or affected by NX GROUP’s operations and activities are as below. We also recognize local stakeholders (local communities, administrative institutions, media, business associations, NGO, etc.) in each region and country where NX GROUP operates as our major stakeholders. Through continuous dialogue with these stakeholders, we strive to understand their expectations and social issues.
NX GROUP recognize that there are numerous ways of engaging with our stakeholders. NX GROUP conduct ongoing dialogue with appropriate channels and methods, taking into account the purpose and content of dialogue and characteristics of stakeholders.
Information obtained through the dialogue with stakeholders is to be shared with relevant divisions, and significant issues are reported to and discussed by the Management Committee and the Board of Directors, ensuring they are reflected into our business activities.
Furthermore, regarding reported cases from stakeholders, complaints handling division responds to them appropriately including investigation and corrective measures, etc. and the results are informed to the reporters as necessary.
