NX Careerroad Co., Ltd.
NX Careerroad Co., Ltd. distributes a gift box of assorted snacks to employees once a year as a gesture of appreciation. In fiscal 2024, students from Saitama Prefectural Iruma Wakakusa Special Needs High School assisted in assembling approximately 5,000 snack gift packs by applying stickers, sealing bags, and completing other related tasks.
This initiative is part of the school's on- and off-campus training programs and provides students with opportunities to develop skills essential for future employment, including understanding work processes, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and working in teams. This initiative also reinforces the connection NX Careerroad has with society and serves as an important activity that contributes to building an inclusive society. In addition to on- and off-campus training, the company also offers workplace experience programs. One student joined the company as a new graduate in 2024, and two others joined in 2025.
NX Careerroad will continue and expand these hands-on partnerships as a member of the sustainable local community, aiming to support inclusive human resource development by creating an environment where everyone can realize their potential.
