NIPPON EXPRESS (SOUTH ASIA & OCEANIA) PTE. LTD
Nippon Express Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. introduced its first EV truck, trucks that emit zero CO2 or pollutants during operation, in an effort to address climate change.
While countries around the world introduce EV vehicles to reduce CO2 emissions, there are few examples of EV trucks used as commercial vehicles in the logistics industry in Thailand. Amid these circumstances, the company introduced its first EV truck on January 19, featuring a maximum payload capacity of 8,800 kg and a cruising range of 200 km. The Bangkok Logistics Center, located near the Suvarnabhumi Airport, introduced these EV trucks for use in air cargo delivery and other operations.
Nippon Express Logistics (Thailand ) will continue to consider the use of EV trucks, including trailer heads and other vehicle types.
