NX Cash Logistics Co., Ltd. is committed to developing self-directed human resources to create new value and enhance the expertise of its workforce in the cash logistics field.

As part of these efforts, the company introduced the Mentor and Brother Sister Program for new employees who joined in fiscal 2024.

This program provides first-year support for new employees through coordination among a Brother or Sister within the same department, a Mentor from a different department, and the Human Resources Division. Brothers and Sisters provide guidance in the workplace, while Mentors provide opportunities for self-reflection and offer mental support. The Human Resources Division facilitates coordination between all participants and oversees the overall operation of the program.

This framework provides new employees with continuous support in both professional skill development and personal growth, enabling disciplined growth.

Mentors, Brothers, and Sisters also participate in training led by external instructors to acquire the mindset and approach required in employee development. NX Cash Logistics expects the Mentor and Brother Sister Program to strengthen onboarding framework, deepen understanding among those responsible for employee development, and enhance leadership and communication capabilities.

The Company also aims for this program to encourage mutual support among employees, energize workplace communication, support sustainable human resources development, and foster a sense of organizational unity.
