NX HEARTFUL CO.,LTD. is a special-purpose subsidiary of the NX GROUP. The company name refers to the commitment to working from the heart and treating people with kindness. This mindset is the foundation of the company's business activities, through which the company aims to contribute to society through the employment of persons with disabilities.
In recent years, employing persons with disabilities in number has become an urgent issue for special-purpose subsidiaries, as the legally mandated employment rate for persons with disabilities increased while the exclusion rate decreased. To address this issue, NX HEARTFUL endeavors to create new job opportunities. Specifically, the company has established a model whereby it signs employment agreements with individuals working at Employment Continuation Support A Type Facilities (*) throughout Japan who wish to transfer to general companies. The company continues to provide employment support while seconding these individuals to Type A facilities, aiming for a transfer to NX GROUP locations as quickly as possible, and increasing the actual number of employees with disabilities.
