Osaka Warehouse Co., Ltd. celebrated its 103rd anniversary on December 17, 2024. Aiming for further development, the company is engages in organization-wide efforts based on the sustainability policy as described in the Osaka Warehouse Management Philosophy, Basic Policies, and Action Guidelines.
Major initiatives over recent history include the following.
November 2023 | :Adopted the Health Declaration; acquired health management advisor qualifications (2 employees) |
February 2024 | :Formulated business continuity plan (BCP); adopted ANPiS (disaster safety confirmation system); implemented the SDGs Declaration; joined Benefit One, an employee welfare service |
March 2024 | :LED lighting installed at all company locations |
April 2024 | :Established ANRI, a comprehensive health consultation service |
June 2024 | :Signed declaration of partnership |
July 2024 | :Secured Environmental and Social Certifications (eco Test) (5 employees); conducted human rights training (career development for working women and women's health issues in the workplace) |
August 2024 | :Conducted employee stress checks |
December 2024 | :Created a General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children |
February 2025 | :Recognized as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (small- and medium-sized enterprise); held a first health lecture, Smart Ways to Eat at Convenience Stores and Restaurants |
July 2025 | :Held diversity training (diversity management); conducted a health awareness survey for all employees |
In particular, we held a health lecture for the first time this fiscal year to raise health awareness among employees. Although this was the first attempt, the lecture was well received by the participants and served as an opportunity to increase interest in health within the company. Osaka Warehouse will continue these activities, striving to create a workplace environment in which employees work in good mental and physical health. The company will once again endeavor to win recognition as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization in fiscal 2026.
At the same time, the company intends to pursue greater sustainability initiatives toward creating a low-carbon society, improving the well-being of employees, and creating a workplace where women can play active roles.
