Nippon Express U.S.A., Inc

Social Value

At Nippon Express USA Inc.our employees have dedicated their time, energy and compassion to support local community initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods, uplift families, and bring joy to children.

This year, Nippon Express USA Inc. has implemented Volunteer Time Off (VTO). So far, 17 employees have dedicated 71 hours to local programs. Through initiatives like VTO, we empower our employees to connect their personal passions with our collective mission of giving back.

Their teams are making a difference in many meaningful ways, including volunteering at food programs where our employees packed 19,656 meals for children facing hunger, school supply drives in which school equipment was donated and packed together, as well as cleaning local parks in Busse Woods in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, making them safer and greener for families and communities to enjoy.

During the upcoming holiday seasons, NX USA partners with organizations such as The Angel Tree Program (Salvation Army) which provides gifts to children who may otherwise go without. This past year our generous employees donated 75 gifts. Each year on Valentine’s Day, our employees create and deliver handmade cards for children in hospital, brightening their days with a message of hope and care during difficult times.

Community engagement is a cornerstone of our sustainability mission. By supporting initiatives that address hunger, education, the environment, and children’s well-being, we strengthen community relationships, invest in the future, and contribute to healthier, more resilient society.

NX USA will continue investing in community-focused initiatives, expand opportunities for employees to volunteer, and build new partnerships with organizations that drive meaningful change. Together, we are proving that sustainability is about more than business success—it’s about delivering hope, care, and opportunity to the people and communities we serve.
