Supporting Kitakyushu Children’s Cafeterias Through WAN-Sign

NX WANBISHI ARCHIVES CO., LTD signed a cloud services agreement with Kitakyushu City, home to the Kyushu Center. This agreement promotes the use of the company electronic contract and contract management service, WAN-Sign, within Kitakyushu. In promoting this service,NX WANBISHI ARCHIVES aims to improve administrative efficiency, support digital transformation (DX), and strengthen secure and reliable information management in the region.

Kitakyushu City operates Children’s Cafeterias to combat meal isolation, child poverty, and other social issues, offering a safe and secure environment for local residents. In support of these cafeterias, NX WANBISHI ARCHIVES launched the Kitakyushu City Local Return Model, through which the company donates a portion of WAN-Sign usage fees paid by companies in Kitakyushu is to help fund the operation of the Children’s Cafeterias. Through these efforts, the company contributes to building a safer, more secure local community while enhancing information management infrastructure.
