NX GROUP Basic Procurement Policy

NX GROUP aims to achieve better lives for people all over the world and the development of sustainable societies based on the corporate philosophy and undertakes to procure products and services in accordance with the following basic policy:

1. We strive to ensure a safe and healthy work environment throughout our entire supply chain and work with our suppliers to maintain and improve the safety and quality of products and services.
2. We comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and rules to perform in which we operate. In conducting our business, we seek fair transactions based on the principle of free competition and to develop mutual understanding and trust with our suppliers. We also maintain high ethical standards and social common sense, prohibit bribery and corruption, and cut off all relationships with anti-social forces.
3. We appropriately manage confidential information including personal information and business secrets, acquired through our business.
4. We work to perform procurement activities in compliance with the applicable human rights laws and regulations of each country or territory in which we operate, as well as international human rights standards, while respecting human rights throughout the entire supply chain with our suppliers.
5. We perform procurement activities in consideration of global environmental conservation and climate change, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of local communities and promoting coexistence with society in cooperation with our suppliers globally.

NX GROUP aims to achieve better lives for people all over the world and the development of sustainable societies and is working to resolve social issues throughout the supply chain based on our corporate philosophy. We believe building fair and trusting relationships and cooperating with our suppliers is vital to achieve a sustainable society.
Based on this background, we have issued the "NX GROUP Supplier Code of Conduct" as a statement of the values and the standards to which we expect our suppliers to adhere in order to further advance these efforts throughout our supply chain.

We expect our suppliers to embrace our values and standards and to comply with this Code of Conduct. We highly appreciate our suppliers for their cooperation.
