NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC. (President: Satoshi Horikiri) has integrated PT. NX Lemo Indonesia Logistik (hereinafter, "NX Indonesia Logistik") and PT. Nippon Express Indonesia (hereinafter, "NX Indonesia") effective March 1, 2026, to strengthen its business operating structure in Indonesia.
Through this integration, the NX Group will unify its ocean and air freight forwarding functions to establish clearer customer contact points, while aiming to further enhance the value it provides by improving service quality and management efficiency.

ASEAN's most populous member state, Indonesia is a growth market supported by high GDP growth rates, with strong potential in both its workforce and consumer market. Logistics demand is expected to expand alongside the country's economic growth.
The NX Group had been handling air freight forwarding in Indonesia through NX Indonesia, and ocean freight forwarding and logistics through NX Indonesia Logistik. With functions spread across multiple companies, customer points of contact sometimes differed depending on the inquiry, making responses more complex and leaving room for improvement in speed and optimal solution proposals.
To address these issues, the NX Group launched the "One Indonesia" sales team in 2025, building a cross-company sales structure and starting one-stop customer support. This integration will further accelerate these initiatives.
By consolidating its forwarding business under NX Indonesia Logistik, the NX Group will more strongly promote its growth strategy, reinforce its account management structure, and enhance customer value. In addition, the Group aims to strengthen its management foundation in Indonesia and further improve overall management efficiency.
The NX Group will continue contributing to society through its business by co-creating with stakeholders--including employees, business partners, customers, and local communities--in pursuit of a fruitful future.
