Nippon Express (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. (Chairman: Masaru Kawamoto, hereafter "NX Taiwan"), a group company of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC. (President: Satoshi Horikiri), acquired ISO 45001:2018 certification for its occupational health and safety management systems in February 2025.

The NX Group is committed to maintaining and improving quality in its various operations as a useful means of ensuring corporate sustainability and boosting performance to enhance customer satisfaction, and accordingly it is pursuing ISO certification on a global basis.
NX Taiwan obtained ISO 9001 certification (for quality management systems) in 1998, working continuously since then to improve the quality of its products and services, and acquired AEO safety certification in 2011 in recognition of its efforts to step up safety management throughout supply chains. NX Taiwan has thereby ensured transparent and safe logistics operations and put in place systems that enable it to provide more reliable services.
Most recently, NX Taiwan obtained ISO 45001:2018 certification with the aim of creating healthier work environments with greater attention to employee safety. This certification represents compliance with an international standard for ensuring workplace health and safety that seeks to help companies systematically manage working environment and safety risks to improve employee health levels and work efficiency.
NX Taiwan will continue to provide safer and more reliable logistics services by placing the highest priority on quality and safety and by further strengthening its management systems. It will also undertake to create safe, healthy, and competitive work environments through rigorous risk assessment/management systems as well as education and training programs.
In line with its safety philosophy of "Safety takes precedence over everything else," the NX Group places the highest priority on ensuring safety and health in work environments, and it is determined to establish safe and secure work environments for all employees involved in its business activities while striving to further enhance its trustworthiness and corporate value.
