Nippon Express Korea Co., Ltd. (President: Masami Akiyama; hereinafter, "NX Korea"), a group company of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC. (President: Satoshi Horikiri), engaged in a tree-planting effort at Seoul's Noeul Park on Saturday, May 25.
NX Korea has continuously taken part in tree-planting activities since 2015 as part of forestation projects at Noeul Park and Haneul Park. This latest effort, the eighth, saw 34 people, including NX Group employees and their families, join together to plant approximately 100 saplings. NX Korea President Akiyama commented, "It is very rewarding to be able to help out in projects to plant saplings in these parks that nurture forests and create green spaces available to the public. Our employees and I will continue working together to practice sustainability management and contribute to society."
