Nippon Express (China) Co., Ltd. (Chairman: Sumitoshi Matsuo; hereinafter "NX China"), a group company of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC. (President: Mitsuru Saito), that oversees group operations in East Asia, has launched a new "NX East Asia One-Stop Service" as part of its "NX One-Stop Relocation Service", a one-stop service covering many of the tasks incumbent on customers relocating overseas.
The "NX One-Stop Relocation Service" is a one-stop service that provides total support from pre-assignment to repatriation for both human resources personnel and overseas assignees by performing a full range of operations pertaining to overseas assignments on behalf of human resources departments.
This new "NX East Asia One-Stop Service" has been inaugurated to help make customers' overseas stays in East Asia smoother and more comfortable.

The "NX East Asia One-Stop Service" is a one-stop lifestyle support service for overseas assignees available during their stays overseas that eliminates the anxieties of being posted abroad and the procedural hassles inherent therein. Nippon Express makes assignees' stays abroad more comfortable by carrying out various local procedures on their behalf and offering them other forms of support.

1. City orientation
Nippon Express will provide assignees with detailed orientations about life in their new cities prior to arrival, with company staff resident in these cities briefing assignees on local lifestyles, cultures, and living environments. This will help assignees and their families visualize their new lives in these cities, sort out their belongings, and prepare for their trip.
2. Starter kits for living abroad
Nippon Express offers an "Overseas Living Starter Kit" for those posted to Shanghai, China and Seoul, Korea comprising a set of daily necessities that assignees will need immediately after arriving, delivery of which will be timed with their arrival at their new residences. This will help them get off to a smooth start in their new lives.
3. City-specific lifestyle support
Nippon Express makes full use of its expertise to provide support needed in specific cities, from introductions to real estate agents to assistance with opening bank accounts and renting/moving furniture and appliances.
