Nippon Express (China) Co., Ltd. (Tatsuo Sugiyama, Chairman; hereinafter, "NX China"), a Group company of Nippon Express Holdings, Inc., has integrated its Dalian, Shenyang and Changchun branches into a newly established Northeast China Branch that opened for business on April 1.
The northeastern region of China comprising Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces sits near the very heart of Northeast Asia, and is rapidly gaining attention as a node for Northeast Asian economic cooperation and a consumer market due to its geographical advantages and strong economic growth.
To advance wide-area sales in the Changchun-Shenyang-Dalian area of northeastern China, NX China has consolidated its Dalian Branch, Shenyang Branch and Changchun Branch into a new Northeast China Branch, and will be seeking to boost sales in the promising mobility, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries as well as to the diversity of companies expanding their businesses in northeastern China.
The Group will continue utilizing the NX Group's global network and accumulated advanced logistics know-how to expand its logistics functions in the East Asian Region and help develop its customers' business activities.
